Tony runs the floor like someone who already knows the answers and will not share them. Five More Minutes is his stage set—cabinets and loose change up front, sharper errands after hours.

Session 2 keeps him in the arcade half of the weave:

• Forces unpaid overnight cleaning after the machine chaos
• Keeps arcane notes under a Get Rich Quick for Dummies cover in his office
• Watches the crew leave from a car in the lot
• Leaves for a higher-business apartment meeting that Eli tails

No outside organization is named for him in Session 2—only the meeting, the suited contact, and the sense that arcades and loose change are cover. Treat every kindness from Tony as a receipt you have not read yet.
