Eli is NotoriousSB’s modern identity: practical, quiet when it counts, and willing to climb stairs after a mark. He does the unglamorous work—tracking, waiting, listening—while the rest of the crew still thinks the night is about cabinets.

Session 2’s arcade half belongs to him as much as to Tony:

• The tracker and the solo tail into downtown Orlando
• The suited stranger noticing him at the door
• Hunting movement that reads as ranger craft when the seat flips to Ilya

He chooses distance over confrontation at the lot—and pays for it when the hallway invitation closes the night. That caution is the same instinct Ilya will carry into Everglow’s ruins.
